We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Category or Account Manager with an industry-leading beauty and healthcare manufacturing company. This is a newly-created role, designed to ensure delivery of sales strategies and targets across the company’s Healthcare sector.
In this busy role, you will manage and motivate a small team of Account Managers while taking hands-on management of the onboarding process for new customers. Using your commercial focus and project management skills, you will ensure this vital stage is handled efficiently, putting processes in place that satisfy the needs of both the customer and the company.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in the healthcare sector, ideally within pharma manufacturing. You have a robust understanding of commercial contracts and expertise in building productive business relationships. Flexible and results-driven, you are a skilled multitasker who remains calm under pressure.
Initially, as this new role is established, the Category Manager will be office-based in Lancashire, with travel for customer meetings and to company business sites. After a few months, there will be flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
